How much does factoring cost?
The price of factoring is made up of two elements. It comprises an element related to administration, which includes the risk of the client's customer. This amount varies depending on the volumes of transactions and is usually between 0.2 % and 1 % of the value of an assigned receivable. The second element in the price is the price of the funds the factoring company itself needs for financing.
